Oct 15, 1966 LBJ signing pen for bill creating of the Department of Trasportation. Includes Western Union telegram from Senator Warren G. Magnuson to a constituent as thanks for his help and support for the bill.
Housed in shadow box frame. Measures 13" x 13". Very good condition but slight fog under glass.
