I wash this gently. It is clean. There are two areas on the top where a square is falling apart. I did show the pictures. The border is not completely straight, you can see it in the stitching. The back looks good. Seems to be all natural fibers like cotton. Feel free to ask any questions. It seems to you about a fourth of an inch thick. Happy bidding
