The beautiful 1.25" coin has a depiction of the photograph of Buzz Aldrin saluting the American flag, the words "The Eagle has Landed July 20, 1969", and the other side has the written authentication that the coi...n contains metal from the two moonships. Attached to the official 1971 parchment "gift card" from Boeing, this is the first of all the commemorative Apollo 11 coins that contain spacecraft metal.
