Antique 1905 A.V. Shorts Townville Meadville PA Bricklayer Mason Level Tool
Size: 5.5" long × 3.25" wide × 7/8" deep
Purchased at an antique auction. Age : 1905. Made by The Shorts Level Co. of Townville Pa. Townville is near Meadville, Pa (Crawford County). Item only no documentation comes with it-image of documentation is what i found online. Item has wearing of brass surface tone. Therer is a bubble in each of the 4 glass levels. I do not quite understand... exactly how the level works. The is a mechanism under the hinge tab for adjusting. Item is old and has scuffs and marks from age and use.
