WOW, this is a SUPER rare Ronald Reagan Victorinox Bijou knife. these knives where given out to VIP guest and sometimes during presidential visits abroad. the inlay of both the signature and seal are both real gold although i cant find a confirmation of the carat grade. this is a must have for any one that is both a knife collector and a fan of Reagan.
