Vintage ceramic Circus Clown Hobo Cactus Planter Pencil Holder Figurine 6" This is a droopy looking little clown that works as a cactus planter or pencil holder. He is ceramic and stands about 6" tall. The opening is about 1 1/4" across and 1/2" wide. There is one chip on the back of his hat that's hard to see as its been painted black.
