This is a universal monitor adapter used to connect standard VGA displays to vintage Macs and PowerMacs. These high-quality adapters are compatible with all VGA monitors and vintage Mac computers (not the Apple IIgs).
The switches on the adapter can be use...d to hard-code video resolutions for certain video cards. Note that the switches are RARELY USED when connected to standard Mac graphics hardware including on-board video. The DIP switch configuration for special video cards is included in the item photos for you to copy and print out if needed.
