Two Antique / Vintage Cross Stitch Samplers, Framed 8x10 ", Fine Work On Linen

Thisis a pair of colorful antique / vintage cross stitch samplers with sweet sentiments: ACHEERY SMILE MAKES LIFE WORTHWHILETHEBLESSING OF THE HOUSE IS CONTENTMENT With the frames, the samplers measure 10 1/4 x 8 1/4 inches. Themaker did a neat and careful job stitching these samplers. They are nicely framed in black wood frames with glass. There arefew minor scuffs on the frames. Thereare inscriptions from 1937 on the backs of the frames (see photos) and while these sam...plers look like they go with these frames, I cannotbe certain that these are the original frames.
I have tried to document the samplers’ condition in thephotos, so please look at them carefully. I’m not an expert on old samplers buywill be happy to answer any questions or provide more photos.
