Vintage 1960's Large Felt Pennant Skidmore College Saratoga Springs NY New York. Pennant is 26 1/2 " inches long . The pennant is White and Yellow with white lettering. There are tack holes on left edge and one near tip and one near top edge above " e" . Pennant has some stain on yellow portion of pennant- may clean up? Both Tassel's are on end. Rare Piece.
