From a smoke free home and well taken care of New Old Stock U.S. Army Cold War Militaria.  
A New item, still in the original plastic wrap as made and issued - SIZE Large and dated 1987.
"Shirt, Operating, Surgical, Man's Cotton, Quarter-Length Sleeves" Style B.  Surgical Doctor's shirt to be worn during surgery - just like in MASH - except Cold War green.  Crisp and clean and never unfolded, washed or worn.
