Original Description:

Rare Nippon Sound Co.Ltd Model A-3000 Solid State Stereo Amplifier made in Japan (Spares or repair)
This came in as part of an house clearance and unfortunately not working. Had it connected to a tuner for testing, powered it up and the red light came on but just as I found some crackle through the speakers it made a loud pop followed by some smoke. Suspect a capacitor has blown or maybe more, I've not looked inside to check it out. 
This is an extremely rare amplif...ier so worth the time and effort for someone with the knowhow to put this right.
