Beautifully stitched 1980's era completed crewel embroidery, worked in fine wool yarns onto an ivory shade of pure linen. Measures 16.5" x 16" total fabric. The finished stitched area is 12" x 11". Very nice shape. The only thing to note (and this is super hard to see because it's so pale) is a very slight discoloration to the left of the stitch work (SEE LAST PHOTO). No spots or stains, no fading, damage or lost stitches to this piece. Ready to frame or craft.
