This is another heavy hand made patch work quilt that I acquired from an estate. The man told me his mother made this with a pedal type sewing machine. He dated it in the 1940's. It has various colors with the dominant color being orange as you can see from my pictures. This has the cotton stuffing for the lining. This quilt measures approx. 73" x 62" in size. It has some worn places on the trim of the quilt but nothing drastic for the age. I d...id not find any significant torn areas or stains. He said it has been packed away for many years.
