Here’s an interesting old 1880s Wm. Hare Wilmington, Del. Antique Quart Size Stoneware Crock with a Green Glaze Blob in excellent original condition. Aside from one insignificant very tiny shallow lip flake that is barely visible, there are no chips, cracks, or unattractive scratches, and it is very clean. It stands 7 5/8” tall, and measures 4 5/8” in base diameter. Most of these Wm. Hare crocks found today have damage, however this one is very clean, has extra character (green... blob), and is virtually in perfect condition. It has an unusual green glaze blob right at the base, as shown in the photos. The photos from every angle attempt to tell the story and show the detail. This is a fine old 1 quart size Wm.
