Original Description:
A six case variety of inro in gold and silver maki-e with kirikane on kinji, the inside of the cases with nashiji and fundame. Decorated on both sides with a bridge, maple trees by the shore, clouds and leaves, which carries onto the top and bottom.A fine 19th century example of this wonderful Japanese artform.
Height 9.1 cm width 5.4 cm
Good condition, minor traces of wear and minor restoration to the inside of one of the compartments.
