This is solid and is not filled in any way, a very good heavy piece.It would appear that this may have been set into a stand or plinth at some point, the small knob on the undersid...e of the base makes it rock ever so slightly.The base has a diameter of 53mm and the model stands approx 55mm tall.Condition is excellent with just a small dink to the edge of the base.
