Up for auction at the Grand Antique Mall, located in Cincinnati, Ohio is an Antique Handmade LARGE Point Duchesse POINT DE GAZE & ROSE POINT LACE Bertha Collar. Distinguished by its intricate, ornate, floral motif with interconnected vines, greenery, and scrolls, the collar is finished with Point de Gaze lace inserts and a scalloped edge. The artistry of the lace is the finest we have ever offered for sale. Delicate Point de Gaze coupled with bold Rose Point combine to create ...a truly magnificent piece of art.  Museum worthy. Circa: 1870.
