1951 7th World Jamboree Neckerchief autographed by probably 100 or more Americans in the Jamboree Contingent. In addition to the many names of various Officials, Scoutmasters, Assistants, and Scouts is the signature of Bill Hillcourt....before he became known as "Green Bar Bill". This is a plain white cotton neckerchief probably made for the exact purpose of gathering autographs by the owner. This relic remains in very good condition, has a few light, but minimal staining spots, has&nb...sp;been stored away for the past 70 years in a smoke-free environment.
