Old Simmons back or miter box saw. Plate looks pretty good with all teeth intact and pretty sharp. Nice heavy spine with Simmons stamp. Straight and not pitted and no active rust. About 22" of tooth line and 3 3/4" depth of cut
Handle however is an obvious replacement, likely from a Disston and cut down to fit.
Would make a good user saw for a miter box or maybe you have a proper Simmons handle to swap for a collector piece.
