Stanley No. 7c Type 11 Restored. This plane was a rust bucket when I got it, and almost all the original Japaning was gone. Everything was disassembled and the rust removed. The body of the plane was repainted. The sole and wings were flattened on a granite surface plate. The blade was sharpened to a mirror polish. The tote was broken when I got it so I repaired it and added a brass tube to help stabilize it. The knob and tote were finished with boiled linseed oil. Because of the heavy... rusting there is pitting on the body, chip breaker, and blade. The plane will make a good user for your collection. Condition is Used.
