As pictured... I have limited experience with comics, but from what I've read I believe this company reprinted earlier comics... 'although they are still vintage and rather scarce.
Wiki shows this as being an I.W. reprint produced in 1958.
There's also an ad featuring baseball great Mickey Mantle, who was at his prime about this same time.
There is... light edge wear on the cover and what looks like a surface tear where there might have been a price sticker possibly (at bottom right of "T" in "Planet").ht of "T" in "Planet"). Back cover has a light crease along bottom edge, but otherwise, pages are generally clean with no big tears, stains or other major problems.
