You are bidding on a vintage Chesterfield type CFX 201 A radio/audio tube from the 1920's. It comes with worn original box parts, enough to assemble at least one box. The tube is somewhat unique as an off-brand tube. The tube tests good on my Amplitrex AT1000 tester, but not as strong as a new tube should test. It has a Chesterfield paper sticker on the envelope, and a hot double stamped X-201-A on the base. It appears that it may have been regl...ued in its base at some point. This probably is of most interest to a collector of early tube boxes, but the tube is usable also. Shipping weight is 8 ounces.
