2 'Mont St. Michel' FaiencePush Plates
2 elaborate ceramic push plates for doors made by French faience maker Mont St. Michel as marked on back. 9 1/2" long by 3" wide with pre-made hole to attach approximately 2" from top and bottom. Signed 'Mont St. Michel 1523' on back (see photo). They have a colorful and intricate design featuring a dragon circling a shield.
They are in very good condition. One has a repaired corner and a corner missing, bu...t it is not all that noticeable (see photo). They are truly a unique addition to a door.
