Upfor sale here is this power supply board recap set for a Marantz 2250 or Marantz 2250B. This is all the parts you need to recap a Marantz 2250/2250B power supply. Vintage Marantz power supplies were run pretty aggressively, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes all 8 capacitors, 7 transistors, 3 diodes, and a new relay. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are... 105° Panasonic FC, Nichicon, and Kemet caps at the correct uf and same or higher voltage ratings, the transistors are TIP41C and OnSemi KSC2383YTA, the diodes are one 1N4148 and a pair of OnSemi double diodes, and the relay is a new Omron part. These are not cheap Made in China parts, they are extremely high-quality and they are what I use when I rebuild Marantz power supplies.
I will include a basic instruction sheet, but rebuilding a power supply is at least mildly complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron, as well as heat-sink compound for the heat-sinked transistor. This kit may not fix your Marantz if it has other issues, but it will definitely help it run better. If you have other Marantz issues, the good folks at Audiokarma can help you out. Obviously the parts in this kit can be used on any gear, but other Marantz power supplies do require different parts, and I do not have kits available for those yet.
