1957 Topps 95 Mickey Mantle PSA NM 7. COULD BE 7. 5 OR 8. 0 - WAS GRADED IN 90 ' S

I am breaking up my complete set of every MICKEY MANTLE card. THIS CARD IS PERFECT, EXCEPT FOR THE CENTERING.
This 1957 was graded NM 7 in the 90's before PSA went to .5 grades in 2008, and when their requirements on centering were more stringent, as in the early grading 65/35 and 70/30 centering were automatically disqualifying for a 8.0. This card's centering of 65/35 and 70/30 does not fall into the category of (OC) Off Center, even from the 1990's grading standards, or it would ...be designated as such. However, not being 60/40 or 65/35 on both sides would have kept it from being graded as an 8.0 at that time. Current grading allows for a .5 to 1.0 increase in the grade if the remaining features other than centering are exceptional.
Recent EBAY sales of this MANTLE 1957 #95 7.0 NM with worse or similar centering have sold between $1, 475 and $2, 081 with the last two at $1, 995 and $2, 081; and two (2) PSA 6.5's sold for $1, 760. The 7.5s have sold for $3, 000 an up. Recent 8.0s are bringing $7, 800+; making this card a bargain at $1, 899; especially if it receives a 7.5 when submitted for regrading.
