Original Description:
This 12AT7 is branded Radiotron, an Australian company, but is labeled "Made in England". There is a base code, but it is hard to make out the smudged numbers. I think it is 3C5/565, I could not make any sense of it. See last photo. Tube has matte black plates with two holes and a square getter, see 6th photo. I tested it with my TV-10 tube tester, it measures 4900 on both triodes, the minimum is 2500. No gas or shorts detected.
