This is the California version by Motorola. Tested and phone works very well. I called 911 got an answer and hung up. All the dialers light up. I don't know storage capacity so I just put 2.2 gb. The antenna has no rubber coating but does the job and intact. The charger wire is hard staying on but in the photo it is on and you can see the light indicator is on. I got the charger to work to charge the phone for a little bit enough to get the phone to work. I didn't fully charge it. Ever...ything can be cleaned it's dirty. There's a phone number scratched in on the side. This Phone is being sold as is with no guarantees no refunds. From my experience the charger is the only problem for this original setup.
