This is a brand new original ET-18-2 ROBOT VOICE option for the Heathkit ET-18 HERO 1 robot. This is still new in the sealed box after being stored away for all these years. If the your robot never had the speech option or if the one you have is damaged this will help upgrade or restore your robot. This box contains the new speech board kit, installation instructions, voice dictionary, along with the speaker and other parts required to add the option to the robot. The speech bo...ard kit contains the elusive Votrax SC-01A speech chip along with all the parts needed to build the whole speech board. That board has it's own amplifier on board and very simple interface. It could even be controlled by other microcontrollers like the Arduino, etc if you want classic sounding robot speech.
