We ship good quality refurbished products that are tested and working. Regarding the specifications of the product: if we provide specs in the Ebay description, we retrieve those specs from the Internet. We try to provide the most accurate specifications we can provide for the products we sell, but we cannot verify the accuracy of the information provided to us. In summary, we do not warranty the fitness or merchantability of the product and/or specifications of the product provided. Regarding liability: the Seller's maximum liability is limited solely to a refund of the purchase price, and will not not exceed that value. Regarding warranty: the item is tested and working when it leaves our facility. If the item arrives non-working, the Buyer and Seller must determine if the item was damaged in shipping. Any damage or loss caused during shipping will be the responsibility of the shipping company. It is the Buyer's responsibility to file the damage claim and to make sue the shipper processes it.
