This piano is a 1901 Conover Cabinet Grand, serial number 38321. It has an excellent mahogany finish, with a delicately ornate design. The internal components are original, not restored, The soundboard is in good condition. The name stamped inside reads, "Chicago Conover Piano." It is 56" high. The piano bench is included.This piano was in my grandparent's home for close to 100 years. We inherited it about 20 years ago so it has stayed in the family. We have loved having the pian...o, but don't play piano anymore. We are now remodeling and, unfortunately, don't have room for it. The cabinetry is in good shape. It hasn't been tuned recently, but all keys work and it is very playable. All the keys look good, although three white keys have very small chips on the front side.Local or long distance buyers welcome.
