Fine Antique Early 19th C Italian Venetian Carved Giltwood Table Plant Stand

Exquisite early 19th century or possibly late 18th century Italian Venetian giltwood low-rise table or plant stand. Features delicately carved acanthus leaf draped garland motif.
A very high end and high quality piece.
I believe at one time, this would have had a Sienna marble top.
The attention to detail and craftsmanship is exquisite. Everything is hand-carved out of wood with a coat of gesso and bole under the gilding.
The overall dimensions of the piece are approximate...ly 20” x 20” x 18” high.
Although this resembles George II style or possibly Louis IV, I believe it is from Italy. There is no label and there are no markings anywhere on the piece that I could find.
Condition: good for the age (over 200 years); Is missing the Sienna marble top. There are numerous chips to the gilding, revealing the underlying gesso and bole layers. I tried to take as many detailed photos as possible from different angles-what you see is what you get! It really is a lovely piece.
