Antique Round Starburst Copper Bookend. Single(1) Only. Arts & Crafts Style hand made bookend. Estate Find. About 4-1/2” wide by 4-5/8” tall. Unique Starburst design. Scalloped Edge. Nice patina, some tarnish on back, 2 small areas on back and bottom appear to have been or attempted to be cleaned. It appears this bookend is in the style of Erhand Glander & the Glander Ornamental Iron Works, Saukville, WI. Possibly from the late 1930’s-1950’s. No makers mark but is stamp...ed “Hand Wrought” on the bottom plate in a style similar to pieces attributed to Glander. Not many examples of this on line. Please see pictures.
