This is one of over 60 dollhouse miniature items I'm listing for a family member - she is moving and needs to downsize. She just sent MORE items - another 20 plus things! Most of the items dated from the late 1970's to early 1980's. Most have never been used - most are still in packaging - some she actually created herself. It's in good condition except the very top needs to be re-glued. It stands about 3 1/2 inches tall and 5 1/4 inches across. It weighs just under first class shipping so packed it will be over it. I do combine shipping on multiple auction wins but please contact me for a shipping quote. Insurance is not required but strongly encouraged to cover lost, stolen or damaged packages, etc - priority mail shipping includes insurance, any other method there is an additional fee.
