Adorable vintage "Real China" Toy Tea Set with a Blue Willow pattern, made in Japan. Still in original box!
The 22 piece set includes:6 large plates (3 5/8")6 small plates (2 7/8")5 cups (originally had 6 - one is missing)Tea pot with lidSugar with lidCreamer
The dishes have no chips or cracks and are in very nice condition overall. A few of them do have a funny issue, though - the bottoms of all the cups and 5 of the plates have a chalky looking residue that is hardened on (I tr...ied to soak it off). In pic #5, the upper left cup shows the most extreme of this.Box has some wear, including 4 split corners on the lid and 2 holes at the upper edge. Otherwise, it's clean.
In spite of these issues, it's a super cute set! It would look great on display or would make fun dishes for play!
