DescriptionLovely Staffordshire Pottery Eastern lady playing the lute figure.Made in the 19th Century, in England. Not marked but guaranteed to be early and original (base photographed).The neck of her lute has been restored to an amateur standard (can be seen in photographs) and there is some gilt wear and darkening to the glaze, commensurate with age. Otherwise, it is in good condition with no other chips, cracks or restoration.The figure measures approximately... 7½" in height.Stewart and Kerrie here at baby.dragon will continue to dispatch your items promptly, and have our usual daily collection by Royal Mail.
