UNKNOWN MAKER. WATER WHEEL HOUSE w/SLAP HAMMERS, PUMPING STATION.
Probably made in Germany many years ago. Stands about 6" High. Base is 6 1/2" x 6 1/2". All Metal construction. It's being Sold AS-IS, Untested. I think it's suppose to pump water threw the sluice onto the wheel which would then turn and cause the Hammers to slap up/down.
I am also listing other Steam Toys on eBay.
