This is a 1994 St. Club Bowman's Best Members Only insert card. It was not available in packs but only as part of a complete 1994 St. Club set that was issued through direct mail by Topps to members of their club. It has the Members Only logo printed in black vertical text on the card front.Flat-rate shipping fee is $3.00 per order for US addresses. That means you pay one low fee for the entire order, no matter how many cards you win.
