This Delta watch was lightly used and well cared for, before a total restoration was completed. The restoration has brought the Delta watch to a near new like presence. The watch has been completely disassembled, the Ronda 5 jewel movement has been serviced and lubed. The case has been polished and buffed, with a new mineral crystal installed, and a new German leather strap. To complete the restoration, a new Energizer battery was put in place on 5/4/20 and it keeps accurate time and d...ate. This Delta style watch has not been available for years. This one was manufactured in 1995. The watch has unique features that few Swiss Army watches have currently, or in the past, truly one of a kind. To point out the main features of the Delta, lets start with the articulating lugs. The pivotal lugs enable the watch to sit on the wrist in a more comfortable position. The crown is at the numeral 2 position instead of the 3. The date window is a beveled oval at the 6 position, without a black outline, and the numbers are marked by triangles in place of dots.The Delta was issued in two sizes, 33 mm and 37 mm, this is the large 37 mm.
