VERY RARE HALLOWEEN POSTCARD, UNKNOWN PUBLISHER, SERIES B-154, RARELY SEEN.

We love Halloween postcards postally used on October 31st. From a collector's perspective, collecting them used on October 31st brings the joy to another level, and because they are scarce, prices will reflect it.
