I love this piece so whimsical!
Wonderful pond scene with a dragonfly and lily-pad in bloom!
There is a combination of red trim hand sewn to create borders as well as embroidered elements.
Wonderful clean condition no flaws to note.
Dating from the 1920's.
Approximate measurements 20" X 16"
Charming piece to used as on a table, dresser or to be re-worked.
I do my best to accurately describe condition and point out major... flaws, but condition is seldom perfect as one would expect from a 100 year old textile. Small marks and flaws should be expected. The timeworn look and signs of their unique history is part of what makes them so charming and special!
