Vtg Victor 4 Blade Electric Oscillating Desk Fan Black Finish ~ Needs Restored. Looks to have perhaps been rewired in past. The last time I plugged it in, it tripped the GFCI, so I’m hesitant to try it again. Condition is fair for age and prior use. Please see all pics and ask before buying. All items are described to the best of my ability, and I strive to maintain my positive feedback, but am human, and may miss a blemish or fail to accurately describe a flaw in an item.
If I am not able to test an item prior to listing it, I will state this very plainly in the listing. Returns of untested items because they do not perform as they could be expected to if they had been tested are not permitted.
Most all items are sold as is with no returns accepted. This occasionally varies by item, but please review the return policy stated on each individual item before making a purchase.
Payment on auction items are expected within 3 days of the end of the auction or an unpaid case will be opened. This is set up automatically and not under my direct control. I utilize Buyer Restrictions, so if you find yourself unable to bid or buy an item, you probably fall into one of my restricted categories.
Payment on Buy It Now items is generally set to Immediate Payment Required. If you are interested in an item and need a short amount of time to pay for it, contact me and I will change the setting allowing your more time, but generally not more than 3-5 days.

I am very much into recycling and re-use boxes and sometimes other packing materials. Your item will arrive clean and securely packaged but if used packing materials offend you, pass my items by because that’s how I do things.
