This silver coin measures about 3 inches in diameter.
GEM/BU UNCIRCULATED and in EXCELLENT condition.
This is the second America the Beautiful release of 2013 and the 17th overall in the 5 oz Silver bullion series. This coin honors Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial, which celebrates lasting peace bet...ween Britain, Canada and the U.S.
This coin is in a plastic airtite capsule since the day I got it.
A Limited mintage of only 35, 000 coins total!
America the Beautiful 5 oz bullion series.
This coin is made of .999 fine silver.
It comes in an Air-tite capsule.
Obverse Design:
This coin has the same design as all others in the series with an image of George Washington. This design was taken from the Washington Quarter, and showcases a left-facing profile of George Washington. Above him, “United States of America” is stamped in large lettering. Under Washington, the words “Quarter Dollar” are stamped to denote the coin’s face value. Additionally, the word “Liberty” and the phrase “In God We Trust” are marked to his left and right side respectively.
Reverse Design:
Depicts the statue of Master Commandant Oliver Perry with the Peace Memorial in the background, surrounded by "Perry's Victory", "Ohio", "E Pluribus Unum" and the date.
