Selling a set of two Antique Hamilton Tile Works Ceramic Portrait Tiles of Robin Hood and Maid Marian.
The tiles are of a victorian right facing Robin Hood and a left facing woman Maid Marian in relief. Tile color is a beautiful blue. Tiles are marked on the reverse “Hamilton Ohio”. The tile images are published on page 80 of “The Encyclopedia Of American Art Tiles” V3 By Norman Karlson. Hamilton Tile Works was located in Hamilton, Ohio.
Very good used condition. There ...are a few flaws as seen in the photos but overall a lovely pair.
