Red Jacquard Coverlet Blanket Hand Woven Cutter pieces Antique Civil War Era Dated 1861. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Hand made coverlet pieces are in as found condition. Please view all photos and request more if you need them. All pieces have some damage as you can see in close up photos or when you zoom in. I am not going to list the damage in the description. Also the color has faded. Please note that while I try to take photos that accurately show the real color of the coverle...t, your monitor may show it a bit differently.Antique jacquard coverlet pieces were probably original a brighter red and cream color. They have faded considerably; more in some places than others. They have two color choices- I think they called them summer and winter. One you can choose is the more “Red” side (winter) the reverse side is the cream with “Red” details (summer). Dated in several places- 1861Pieces measure: largest piece which has a seam in the middle- about 56” long by about 31” wide. Another piece- 22” by 13”Another piece- 17” by just under 15”Last piece- 15” by 7”Coverlet appears to be a nubby homespun cream weave with red, or now pinkish wool.
