This item is from the estate of a good friend who passed away suddenly in 2013. Over the years, she attended many conventions and collected personal autographs from most everyone who every appeared on the various Star Trek Series and movies. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS . . . Refunds are available on International Packages ONLY if they are shipped with STANDARD PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. Other methods (Including Flat Rate Priority) are not always "Track-able" outside the US, and not always "Insurable." Therefore a "LOST" package will only be refundable if the package was sent via Standard Priority Mail - and Insured. Please ask me - and I may be able to offer you another option. Packages to Canada (for instance) are generally OK and SAFE to ship via other cheaper methods.
