Original Description:
Offered today is an old wooden dough bowl that measures 15” from outside edge to outside edge, as shown.  There is one crack and some darkening (came into contact with a stove burner?) in one area of the top of the rim.  The bowl shows lightening around the inside bottom, also as shown.  Not sure what one would do to this to make the patina more consistent... If I were keeping it I would most likely display filled with small gourds, primitive candle nubs, sunflower hea...ds or pine cones and greens during the holidays instead of trying to change the patina.
