This is a Tea Pot from Warner Bros. Studio Store made exclusively for the studio.
The bottom says:

I do not have the box that the pot originally came in, wish I did.
It is in amazing condition. The only "damage" is a tiny chip on the bottom in the rear, you gotta really want to see it to find it.
