It is beautifully engraved with leaves and flowers. The watch is 1 1/2” across and the stem is about 3/4”.You can wind the stem and the watch ticks. The second hand runs and the hour hand moves, but I don’t know how to set it and was afraid to break it. The crystal looks fine. There are light scr...atches on the case and a deeper scratch on the inside. I suspect someone tried to test it for gold. It is gold filled.It is stamped with the AM Watch Co. and Waltham and also has the moon and stars symbols and the CDC for Crescent, the company that made the case.Most of the information for this serial number came from an online database of pocket watch information.
