VERY RARE 1866 France Folded Cover ties 2 x 10c Napoleon III stamps Doudeville 1338Cover with pair of 10c yellowish brown Emperor Napoleon III stamp with numeral lozenge 1338 cancels from Doudeville. Cover sent to Elbeuf France with receiving cancel on back and ambulante cancel from Le Havre a Paris. Slight toning and some wear. Condition as per photos.
