This is the patch that stormed the scout news earlier this year.
On april fools day the Swiss contingent posted a photo of this patch on their facebook page as a joke.

Its more than common that Sweden and Switzerland gets mixed up so the joke was to make one big continent.
What started as a joke got extreme regulation that they ended up making a small amount of patches to be handed out to special individuals.
This is an extraordinary and unique patch with a great story....
